Sterling Fashion is about creating and maintaining good relationships with its customers. We have a very liberal return policy that allows customers to return their merchandise.We offer warranty to all our products. As far as our policy is concern, you can return goods within 21 days of purchase. However, we have our return policy guidelines. You cannot just buy and return our merchandise without apparent reason. Some of the reasons that we can accept return products include delivery of wrong products, damaged goods, and long waiting delivery time.

Long waiting delivery time

At Sterling Fashion, once you place your order, we present all the details regarding the orders when sending an invoice to you. These details encompass payment details, status of the order, time of delivery and shipping option depending on the specification of our customers. It is important to note that we process all our customers’ orders accordingly. In case there is going to be any sort of delay in either processing or production of your order, our team will inform you in advance. On the other hand, if our customers would like to return the goods, no refund will be done. Customers can only replace the value of the goods with a new order. In addition to that, when returning the goods, you will be required to pay for courier charges.

Defectiveness of goods

We have hired a team of professionals who have reputable education background and experience in manufacturing, producing, processing, and shipping of jewelry. Therefore, all our goods are packaged and shipped safely.  However, in case you receive a damaged merchandise, kindly take photos and send us the image to show proof of damage. After that you can claim a replacement or refund if the complaint is genuine.

Wrong product delivery

This is a scenario unlikely to happen. However, if you receive a product other than what you ordered, kindly send us an image of the product and your invoice to us as soon as you can. We do not refund but replacements can be done for such an issue.
